Responsibilities:

• 製定製劑產品項目的開發計劃並組織實施
• 組織所負責的製劑產品的處方工藝研究，包括：文獻調研，處方工藝設計，處方工藝篩選，處方工藝的確定，中間產品及製劑產品質量標準的確定
• 組織所負責的製劑產品的中試研究，包括中試方案編制，中試研究執行，中試總結報告編制
• 組織製定工藝驗證方法及報告，清潔驗證方法及報告等文件編制工作，並指導進行工藝驗證
• 完成所負責的製劑產品開發項目實施過程中原始數據統計和原始記錄的審核
• 進行製劑研發產品的工藝交接，為生產轉化提供技術支援
• 負責製劑產品的專利申請
• 配合法規註冊部完成所負責研發項目的註冊申報工作

Requirements:

• 大學本科以上學歷並持有相關專業畢業 
• 7年以上醫藥研發工作並擁有管理崗位工作經驗 
• 精通生產工藝過程及原理，研發項目管理，藥事法規，產業政策，藥品註冊等知識
