The incumbent is responsible to develop and maintain detailed project schedule, provide operational support in delivering sourcing projects to Healthcare team.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes, presentation material and spreadsheets
• Data entry including new PO and suppliers set up
• Sample arrangement and follow up with vendors
• Follow up production schedule in managing replenishment orders
• Ensure vendors meet agreed deadlines
• Generate and prepare project updates by ongoing documentation maintenance
• Execute appropriate actions and escalate critical and/or outstanding issues impacting the implementation of replenishment plan 
• Assist Buyer/Senior Buyer in information searching and reportings
• Liaise with Buyer/Senior Buyer on new initiatives, supplier management or ad-hoc tasks

Key Position Requirements:

• Secondary education, tertiary graduate with minimum 2 years experience as project coordinator / administrator / clerk in buying office / trading environment 
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Experience in SAP or ERP system is an advantage 
• Team player and self-starter, with strong sense of ownership
• Meticulous and good interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Be able to work under tight deadline and multi-tasking
