Responsibilities:
• To ensure the delivery of excellent customer services at all times on a pro-active and spontaneous basis
• To achieve targeted sales and hit rates of admission number, secondary spend, photography, merchandise and wax hand by pro-active up-selling skills
• To operate tills and follow cash handling procedures and maintain the security of cash and stock at all times. Accurate acceptance, recording, and safeguarding of admission and all other monies
• To maintain good relationships with our guests (internal & external), i.e., be punctual for all shift duties to minimise the effects on other team members; provide assistance to other team members when necessary
 

Requirements:
• F.5 standard or above
• Formal education in leisure / tourism / hospitality management or other related discipline is an advantage
• Relevant working experience in customer service / sales / recreation or other related field preferred
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin, knowledge in other languages is an advantage
• Good computer knowledge
• Shift duties are required
