Job Description

 A week in the life of an Inside Sales Representative:

  • Responsible for selling product support services and for the achievement of the sales quota assigned
  • Articulate the features, benefits and pricing plans to prospective customers
  • Probe for customer requirements in order to match the maintenance service plan
  • Provide recommendations to the customers for the use of SafeNet Professional Service and Training
  • Handle customer enquiries by explaining the provisions and benefits of the proposed plans
  • Manage the process through receipt of the purchase order and invoicing
  • Make recommendations on process improvements to managers
  • Assure the proposals and contracts contain all required terms and conditions

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • To do this job, you must have: knowledge in the use of Microsoft application (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • You must be with good oral and written skills in English
  • We would like someone to join our team who has good communication and negotiation skills and capable to work independently
  • You need to have an Associate degree in Business or equivalent
  • We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years Sales Experiences (Inside Sales/Telesales with cold call experience preferable)
  • Contract duration: 8 months
