Responsibilities :  

• Handle day to day clients liaison matters – translate clients’ requests and understand brief requirements
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing various projects in a timely manner
• Require to work with both internal and external parties of all levels
• Develop new business opportunities; prepare pitching document and proposals 

Requirements : 

• Degree holder in marketing, communications, advertising
• At least 1 years account servicing experience in ad agencies or production houses
• Energetic, proactive, creative, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure and long hours
• Strong problem solving and excellent organizational & communication skills and strong business sense
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, strong in English written work as well as presentation skill
• Proficient computer skills : MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Able to manage multiple tasks and to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in graphic and production is an advantage
• Immediate available preferred
