The Job:

• Provide professional legal services to a variety of investment activities & advises on general corporate matters including IPO, M&A, joint ventures, other corporate finance deals and activities on OTC markets on regional basis covering HK, PRC and Singapore
• Provide legal advice for all investment transactions, corporate acquisitions and new business initiatives; as well as, give legal advice to and keep Senior Management informed of the status on the Group’s transactional projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate different contracts and agreements
• Liaise with external parties on various corporate exercises

Requirements: 

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor with at least 7 years of PQE gained from leading law firms or in an in-house environment
• Good experience in corporate activities with focus on M&A, IPO, joint ventures and other investment projects; OR
• With exposure in ETF, QFII, RQFII and QDII rules/ exposure in OTC markets such as ISDA, GMSLA, etc
• Knowledge of Singapore Laws is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Professional presentation and report writing skill
