Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle operational issues of exhibitions
  • Co-ordination with both internal & external parties
  • Ensure all deadlines are met
  • Plan & co-ordinate projects, conferences, concurrent events and relevant activities
  • Prepare marketing materials and reports
  • Recruitment of exhibitors and buyers

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with min 3 years working experience (candidate with more experience maybe considered the position of (Assistant Manager)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, CorelDraw, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing, etc)
  • Good team player, outgoing, detail minded and flexible
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good typing speed in both English and traditional Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in events and exhibitions a definite advantage
  • Non-degree holders with exhibition organizer experience are welcomed to apply
