Job Description
Requirement:
Customer Services Executive - Air Freight (MNC Accounts)
- F.6 or above
- 1 to 2 years solid working experience in Air Freight Forwarder
- Good English writing/speaking and Mandarin.
- Working Location: Kowloon Bay, Kowloon.
Job Description:
- Maintain and develop business relationship with MNC Accounts (multinational customers)
- Answer customers' enquiries and complaints, prepare Reports and Bidding
- Coordinate and communicate with overseas agent and office, customers for daily activities
- Ad hoc assignments by supervisor
We offer 5.5 days work week with alternative Saturday off, overtime allowance, 12 days annual leave, medical insurance, double pay & bonus to the right candidates.
