Accounts Clerk

Job Description:

• Form 5 or above, LCCI Elementary, 1-2 years experience
• Responsible for general accounting duties, including AR, AP & GL functions, Data Input, Filing, administration & operation duties
  
• Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
• Prepare payment voucher, issue cheques & invoices
• Process expenses claims and reimbursements
• Assist in month-end & year-end closing
• Perform general admin tasks as assigned
• Self-motivated, Honest, Hard Working, Aggressive and able to work under pressure

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2~3 years' related experience, preferably Forwarding & logistic Company
  
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Willing to work in small-sized company
• Good PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 中文輸入法)
• Experience in using CargoWise system is a great advantage!
• Well-organized with good communication skills
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred!
