Job Description
A HK forwarding & logistics company with Italian Headoffice located in Kowloon Bay now is interviewing for the following vacancy to start IMMEDIATELY:
Accounts Clerk
Job Description:
- Form 5 or above, LCCI Elementary, 1-2 years experience
- Responsible for general accounting duties, including AR, AP & GL functions, Data Input, Filing, administration & operation duties
- Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
- Prepare payment voucher, issue cheques & invoices
- Process expenses claims and reimbursements
- Assist in month-end & year-end closing
- Perform general admin tasks as assigned
- Self-motivated, Honest, Hard Working, Aggressive and able to work under pressure
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 2~3 years' related experience, preferably Forwarding & logistic Company
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Willing to work in small-sized company
- Good PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 中文輸入法)
- Experience in using CargoWise system is a great advantage!
- Well-organized with good communication skills
- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred!
