Reporting to the Global CEO, the Senior Human Resources Manager will assume responsibility as the primary business partner to the management team and form a Centre of Excellence concept to support sales, operations, marketing and manufacturing; with a strong emphasis on talent management and organizational development.   The Senior HRM will oversee all aspects of HR operations globally and put in place best in class human resources processes and structures.  The role will include ERP/CRM implementation project management, and program development with global corporations.  The HRM will grow the HR team and support the conception and execution of internal talent, learning, HR operations, payroll, and other administrative and HR duties to help this exciting company grow.  The company has received additional investments to support further growth in infrastructure, implementing the latest technology, and create a sustainable framework with goals to further increase the revenue.

Senior HRMs from a Professional Services, Consumer Services, Industrial and Management Consulting leaders will be very interested in this company’s powerful value proposition for customers and the company is excited to bring on board a seasoned, highly driven, charismatic HRM to build out world class HR processes. Senior HR Managers who are ready for the next step in their career would also be considered.  HR Leaders with 10-15 to 20+ years of experience with relevant university qualifications, strong knowledge of the professional services or a related service organization will be a strong fit.
