Main Duties

• Provide office administration and clerical support to the Chief Executive Officer Office
• Ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day administrative duties including CEO office management, office facilities management and other ad hoc assignment
• Pick the main line of the Company
• Place order and keep inventory of corporate stationery
• Handle invoices and prepare expenses reports
• Prepare quotations of office equipment and assist in monitoring the good work condition and arrange for repair/maintenance when necessary
• Arrange delivery of parcels/documents and distribute mails/documents/fax to related department

Requirements

• Diploma graduate or above
• Training or work experience in administration/secretarial function is preferable
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good telephone manner and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
