Job Duties

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all HR and administrative matters in the Hong Kong Office, you are also required to provide advice on these topics to the China office. ( HR responsibility including but not limited to: recruitment, policy reviews, performance management, and staff development.) With the support of your team, you will also need to manage the third-party HR and IT service providers in order to provide all-rounded support to ICTI CARE.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, staff development and relations
• Monitor and manage compensation and benefits, payroll calculations with 3^rd party
• Review and implement HR operations and procedures
• Assist in salary review, bonus process and annual tax reporting
• Manage IT service provider
• Oversee finance function
• Occasional travel to China office may be required

Skills & Experiences

• Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Well versed with HK employment ordinance
• Experience in staff development, performance management
• Possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills
• Excellent team player, self-motivated
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Solid Microsoft Office Skills
• Basic IT knowledge is a plus
• Basic understand of finance and accounting
• Immediate availability preferred
