BPS World are currently recruiting for a Regional HR Manager to join an international Relocation Services organisation, who have a unique and compelling vision for the future of Global Mobility. This innovative company are already having significant success within the Global Market and are looking to develop and define the structure and delivery of their Destination Services programmes.

The Regional HR Manager will report into the Regional Managing Director and be key to driving culture change, employee engagement, performance management, organisational transformation as well as processes and employee best-practice.

Main responsibilities

• To be the HR lead in driving Human Resource Function and team in Hong Kong and regionally.
• Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local and regional guidelines. 
• Help drive global HR initiatives including performance management, recruitment processes, performance management. 
• Responsible for staff training and succession management.
• Analyse trends across the region and be proactive developing solutions and programs to resolve these. 
• Manages and resolves employee relations issues
• Plan, deliver, and monitor effectiveness of global/regional training programs and follow-up to ensure training objectives are met

Skills and Requirements

• Experience operating at a similar HR Manager level
• Experience operating in a strategic & operational HR capacity
• 4/5 years HR generalist experience 
• Fluent in English
• Be a strong leader and able to organise and instruct a team
• Flexibility to travel on an ad-hoc basis
