Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- To review and re-engineer full spectrum of HR functions for our textile group of companies in West Africa;
- To liaise with local management team and Hong Kong HR team in planning and implementing HR strategies and policies, particularly in Staff Incentive System and Performance Appraisal System;
- Stationed in Hong Kong with frequent travel to West Africa (Nigeria and Ghana).
Requirements
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum of 10 years managerial experience with strong knowledge of HR best practices;
- Relevant work experience in manufacturing/retail industry preferred;
- Work experience in overseas/different cultures is an advantage;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, coaching and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and attentive to details;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
