Key Responsibilities

• To review and re-engineer full spectrum of HR functions for our textile group of  companies in West Africa;
• To liaise with local management team and Hong Kong HR team in planning and implementing HR strategies and policies, particularly in Staff Incentive System and Performance Appraisal System;
• Stationed in Hong Kong with frequent travel to West Africa (Nigeria and Ghana).

Requirements

• University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Minimum of 10 years managerial experience with strong knowledge of HR best practices;
• Relevant work experience in manufacturing/retail industry preferred;
• Work experience in overseas/different cultures is an advantage;
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, coaching and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and attentive to details;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
