Luceco PLC, a worldwide leader, innovator and manufacturer of Portable Power, Home Entertainment Accessories and LED Lighting are seeking to add a Retail Graphic Designer to our Hong Kong team.

As an integral member of the team they will be responsible for prioritizing, designing and executing projects in support of our Retail sales team and International Retail partners.  The ideal candidate needs to come with strong design and digital experience and understands general Retail market practices.  They are interested in developing and learning new techniques to provide unique solutions for our international retail partners and can be creative both inside and outside of our corporate brand guidelines while being conscious of delivering accurate content in their creative work.
 
The ideal candidate needs to have a strong sense of urgency to meet retailer deadlines and can effectively own multiple projects at a time—sometimes with little direction working both independently and collaboratively depending on the project. 

Direct Responsibilities

• Direct Responsibilities will be :-

o    Designing graphic displays and instore planograms to enable successful instore execution

o    Generation of promotional displays, FSDU and packaging concepts.

o    Visual creation of mockup packaging & private label products.

o    The design and production of sales literature including PowerPoint and PDF sales presentations.

o    Design exhibition booths, organising the printing of exhibition graphics and sample organisation.

• Have solid understanding of Die-cut drawings & packaging structure especially FSDUs,
• To work closely with product development, sales & merchandising teams globally
• Have skill sets of product design will be a big plus 
• To comply with our business policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma Holder or above in Design or related disciplines 
• Min 2 years or above experience in Graphic & packaging design field is an advantage
• Familiar with retail packaging requirements and restrictions
• Proficient in Macintosh applications including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, MS Office, Acrobat etc.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (other foreign language is much appreciated)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Independent, hardworking, self-motivated, a team player and able to work under pressure in tight deadline environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Immediate available is preferred
