Regional Assistant FP&A Manager

Wan Chai, Hong Kong 

BPS World currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join a leading global provider of moving, relocation, mobility and immigration services to corporate and private customers. With revenues of approximately €400 million, the Group is headquartered in London with regional hubs in key global locations such as Hong Kong and Singapore.

Over the last five years the Group has quadrupled in size, principally through acquisitions, and now operates in 46 countries in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East, North and South America. The Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will work closely with the Financial Director in the production of periodic financial reports, comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risks, enhance accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.

As the Regional Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager your main responsibilities will be:

  • The Assistant Regional FP&A Manager reports, analyses and review on monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results
  • Prepare budgeting, forecast, executive reports and business opportunity evaluations to be in line with strategic business objectives, and provide financial analysis and recommendation to Management
  • The Assistant FP&A Manager will analyze and work with business owners and other functional heads for the results of different business models, margin/contribution analysis, expenditures analysis, etc.

The main requirements for the  Regional Assistant FP&A Manager will be;

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong strategic, financial planning and business analysis experience
  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment with matrix structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
