Job Description
Responsibilities
- To organise and implement product demo
- To help setup and configure systems for customers
- To handle end user enquiries and product support issues
- To coordinate delivery of goods and offer product training to end users
- To work with sales team for various programs
Requirements
- Technical knowledge in TCP/IP networking
- Previous exposure in surveillance/security industry is an advantage
- Good computer knowledge in PC applications like Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese typing
- Good command of English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Self-motivated, good team player with outgoing character
