A Big Japanese food company in HK is looking for a new staff to join them.

  Responsibilities: 

• Perform secretarial support to Director;
• Assist in organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, annual and business reports
• Answer incoming calls and general inquiries for Director;
• Provide support in translation and interpretation;
• Handle and maintain confidential information and document;
• Reserve hotel and ticket for MD business trip
• Attend VIP customer to their branches
• Oversee general office administration for smooth and effective operations;

Requirements:

Language:
Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English and Cantonese (or Mandarin);

Education Background:Degree holder or above;
Experience: At least 4 years relevant experience; previous experience serving senior management in large / listed corporation will be an advantage;
Skills:Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
Certificate:
Stable working history;
Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
