Job Description

Job details:

  • Responsible for administrative projects and related workflow & guidelines review
  • Deal with suppliers, manage office maintenance, office & pantry supplies procurement, inventory control, payment and maintain company assets records
  • Handle business licenses renewal, statutory documents, staff insurance and related matters
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mails and courier arrangement
  • Maintain staff leave record and provide HR support to expats
  • Provide logistic support to overseas staff and visitors
  • Organize company events/staff activities and implement seasonal gifts and office decoration
  • Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Associate Degree or above in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience
  • Good command in both written and spoken of English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Ability to achieve results in fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload; effective multitasking skills needed
  • Self-discipline and responsible with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Interact and collaborate with internal and external parties
