Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily HR & Adm. Office functions and operations
  • Assist monthly payroll calculation, MPF contribution, leave record management and attendance report
  • Assist to ad hoc projects and company activities assigned
  • Answer staff enquiries

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience with payroll processing
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation
  • Familiar in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Positive attitudes, mature, self-motivated, good communication skills, able to work independently and to meet tight deadline;
  • Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage
