Job duties

• Process new business application and service request
• Handle financial advisers' enquiries and provide professional and accurate response within service standard
• Liaise with financial advisers and service providers on pending cases and service requests
• Provide clerical support for record keeping purpose, such as data entry, scanning and filing etc.
• Work with different departments and external parties for business support purposes
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 1 years or above working experience in the business support and administration area is a plus, preferably in IFA or financial industry
• Possession Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) paper 1 & 3 &5 would be preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is a must
• Strong PC knowledge including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated
