Wave Rider Capital is a software developing company specializing in trading in various market globally. We are looking for high caliber professional to join our team of 10.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Office Management, including managing service providers for office, leasing, facilities management;

• HR Administration including payroll, MPF, tax reporting;

• General book keeping;

• General office duties when required including, but not limited to; filing, faxing, mailing, photocopying, document collation and faxing as well as other ad-hoc administration duties;

• Assist the Team in other ad-hoc projects from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese;

• Minimum 2~3 years of relevant experience or similar role;

• Good knowledge of employment-related regulation, and HR policies and practice;

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);

• Focused and organized character
