Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system design, install, configure, ad hoc support and troubleshooting to Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 and Linux servers
• Maintain a high quality of customer service on software installation, servers upgrading, Windows operations and Linux servers running
• Maintain and support the Juniper / Pulse Secure  SSG, firewalls,  firewall (NGFW) and SSL-VPN appliances
• Evaluating implementation options.
• Implement software components according to the specification.
• Work with client on requirement gathering and study them to provide resolutions.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in Information Technology.
•  At least 3 years’ working experience in Microsoft Windows Servers/Active Directory (AD)/Networking/Lotus Notes/PC, Linux system administration and post-qualification in Oracle/SQL databases and in administration of IT systems of the HKSAR Government.
• Hand on experience in IT support, such as firewall (NGFW) appliances, Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery, VM Server administration, Bizcon server administration and SSL-VPN maintenance.
• Technical certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional Database Administrator (MCDBA); and MCSA/MCSC.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
