工作職責 :

• 通過電話及網絡聯繫公司提供的客戶資源，介紹合作方案
• 跟進客戶合作流程及解決合作上的問題
• 客戶資料處理備份及匯報跟進客戶情況
• 與合作伙伴保持良好的關係

入職要求:

• 中五或以上程度
• 流利國語及廣東話
• 1-2年客戶服務 / 電話銷售經驗
• 曾於金融行業工作者將獲優先考慮
• 熟悉電腦基本操作，中文打字速度不少於1分鐘35個字
• 有上進心，積極主動及良好的溝通能力，服從公司管理制度
• 良好的分析和解決問題能力
• 擁有較多經驗者可申請成為高級客戶服務主任
