崗位職責：

1. 識別、評估業務風險，採集風險指標管理資料，對重大風險進行監控，建議應對措施控制風險並及時進行風險預警。

2. 按照上市公司內部控制指引要求，協助完善公司內部風險控制體系、管理流程及制度。

3. 指導、組織和開展業務部門的風險與控制自我評估。

4. 開展內部控制評價和內部審計，編寫報告並建議相關整改的控制措施。  

5. 向風險控制副總監彙報，完成領導交辦的其他風險控制專項工作。

崗位要求：

1. 相關專業本科或以上學歷。

2. 有至少五年的上風險管理、內部控制或內部審計的相關工作經驗，有金融行業工作經驗的優先。

3. 在中國大陸從事風險管理、內部控制或內部審計的工作經驗或中資企業的工作經歷會成為優勢。

4. 良好的溝通能力良好中英文書寫及語言能力,能操流利的普通話。

5. 有較強的分析能力，細心謹慎，有一定的抗壓能力。

6. 能夠熟練地使用電腦及辦公應用程式。

Job Descriptions:

1. Identify and evaluate the business risks, collect the risk index data for analysis, develop effective controls to address risk area, and monitor the critical risks with timely risk warning.

2. Assis to improve company risk management system, policies and procedures to formulate control improvement and fulfill the compliance requirement as listed company.

3. Provide guidance to business process owners and arrange the risk and control self-assessment.

4. Conduct internal control assessment and internal audit, prepare report with recommended controls to effectively address findings.

5. Report to Deputy Director of Risk Management, handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

1. Degree holder or above in related disciplines

2. At least 5 years’ solid experience in Risk Management, Internal Control or Internal Audit, experience in Financial industry is preferred

3. Experience of Risk Management, Internal Control or Internal Audit in mainland China or PRC enterprise is an advantage

4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must

5. Strong analytical mind, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

6. Proficiency in PC applications
