Responsibilities:

• Solve the operational challenges by bringing management experience, operations and logistics expertise
• Formulate strategic plan and execute business development strategies
• Prepare market research and analysis reports
• Explore new business opportunities
• Develop factory performance monitoring framework in quality, productivity, delivery performance, and new product development

Requirements:

• University degree in business related discipline
• Familiar with furniture hardware production processes and cabinet making
• Knowledge of import and export regulations in Asia and Europe
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, passionate and determined to succeed
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
