Responsibilites :

Reporting to the CEO of laboratories, the Quality manager is responsible for ensuring that the Management System is well maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards, and for coordinating accreditation activities for laboratories in Asia region.

This involves : handling communication with accreditation bodies, maintaining the distribution of controlled documents, performing internal audits, training personnel on quality system requirements, implement and monitor the proficiency testing programs.

As Technical Manager, will be involved on different projects to increase the technical capacity and operation capacity of the Lab, and preparation and follow up of KPI´s.

Other duties include :

-Implementation, maintenance and improvement of laboratory and quality activities on a  continuous basis

-Management and improvement of the laboratory facilities

Requirements :

Degree/Higher Certificate or above in science and quality management, or related.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Consumer Lab, preferably chemical department, at manager or supervisor level. F

Familiar with commercial lab operations.

Experience of Quality Management in testing laboratory will be a plus.
