Tooling Engineer / Development

The incumbent will collaborate with engineers from different categories; mould makers; & production vendors to ensure moulding projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain moulding status and delivery schedule
• Process from CAD analysis to quotation requests to mould makers & handle negotiations.
• Provide moulding and engineering support before tool start & during moulding fabrication & debugging processes.
• Review mould designs and suggest improvements in terms of mould quality & efficiency.
• On site review in mould shop ensuring specifications are met.
• Provide on-site support for any vendors in order to enhance the efficiency of the moulding process.
• Support model review, provide engineering and tooling advice before tool start.

Requirements

• High   Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in injection mould fabrication & processing.
• Knowledge for different construction of injection moulds.
• Experience using 3D CAD:- Pro/E; SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
• Willing station to Dangguan
