Our client is one of the world's leading suppliers of integrated production systems, chemistry, for decorative and functional electroplating, semiconductor and printed circuit board manufacturing.  They would like to seek for high caliber candidates for the following position. 

Principal Job Duties: 

• Leading a team of 5 staff in Guangzhou factory to assure appropriate and effective master scheduling, production and material supply planning, capacity allocation, material availability and logistic planning so as to exceed customers' expectations;
• Ensure delivery of a smooth and appropriate material supplies to meet production targets;
• Manage a high accuracy of inventory level and constantly review the process and procedures for improvement recommendations;
• Ensure the fulfillment of customers’ order and on time delivery;
• Prepare necessary reports and analysis for management's and customers' review and analysis;
• Drive continuous improvement on planning process, cycle time, costing and inventory level.  

Qualification / Requirements: 

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, or relevant discipline;
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience in PMC functions, with at least 3 years in supervisory level and able to manage the PMC team in China manufacturing sites;
• Proficient on ERP systems, organized and systematic; smart and sharp on figures;
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work under pressure and deliver result in MNC manufacturing setting desired;
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal English & Mandarin;
• Require station in Guangzhou Plant for 5-days a week.
