THE POSITION

An objective driven and result oriented individual who is willing to undertake various tasks & seeking to learn the fashion business from the ground up. Someone with a “can do” attitude ready to fit in with any situation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage business development of the e-commerce/online shop business of the Group
• Develop various online and offline sales channels – international department stores, online market places, hotels and resorts, resellers etc
• Formulate and implementing sales/marketing strategies and action plans to increase online traffic, publicity and sales
• Develop editorial content to proactively grow various e-commerce / media / Bloggers channels
• Plan and execute social media campaigns on a daily basis (Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.)
• Manage EDM to be sent out on a regular basis
• Create and manage brand marketing assets to utilize it across all online marketing channels
• Manage customer database and develop new customers.
• Understand and collect information about the competing products on the network

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Passion in clothing ecommerce and digital marketing
• 1+ years’ e-Commerce, digital marketing or business development experience in digital marketing / eCommerce / online sales
• Diploma or above in Business/ Marketing/ eCommerce or related disciplines
• Solid experience in building website traffic and driving audience development initiatives
• Experience with search keyword generation, SEO/SEM, banner advertising, digital analytics, media tracking tools and campaign management
• Aggressive sale mentality and keen to follow up progress with partners
• Have entrepreneurial mindset and business driven working attitude
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, creative and result-oriented
• Proficiency in reporting and digital analytics tools
• Competent in various office, graphical, CRM and media software
• Highly analytical and interpretive skill set is mandatory
• Proficient in a variety of online sales skills, online shop and other related work experience
