Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support
• Work with the admin. & marketing teams in Hong Kong and China
• Support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally
• Develop and implement brand, promotional campaigns and E-marketing
• Take responsibility for business events, seminars, fairs and joint promotional activities
• Copywriting for corporate collaterals, newsletters, websites and promotional materials in English and Chinese including translation
• Website, social media and e-Marketing updates
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with internal staff, media partners and marketing vendors
• Coordinate with sales team on project development
• Work with the in-house design team to coordinate production of marketing material
• Other ad hoc projects / tasks whenever necessary
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years' working experience in skin care industry
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent skill in computer including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing & PowerPoint
• Well acquainted with media planning and production
• Presentable, creative, energetic, well-organized, aggressive, self-motivated, detail-minded
• Good command of French is an advantage
• Travel to PRC as required
• Immediate availability is preferable
