We are now looking for a Pricing Executive of Isola Group – Hong Kong office.  As a member of the Global Pricing function, the candidate is supposed to entertain pricing requests from Asia sales teams based on global pricing strategy and business needs, and to make sure the pricing offers are properly given and implemented. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To handle request for quote (RFQ) from Asia sales teams based on pricing strategy and regional business needs;
• To maintain pricing in SAP and ensure pricing compliance
• To perform pricing review and adjustment as needed
• To report pricing issues / concerns which may affect sales or margin level.
• To track the hit rate of quotes
• To provide inputs for pricing analysis and business reporting
• To provide input to CRM system 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education

• Degree holder in business or related discipline
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Working Experience

• 3 years or above of sales and marketing experience (preferred in CCL or printed circuit board industry)
• At least 1 year of experience in ERP (eg SAP) software
• Proficient in MS Excel skills (data processing and consolidation)
• Knowledge in customer relationship or pricing management software will be a plus

• Sensitive to numbers - Initiative and proactive to problem solving
• Able to work under deadline pressure
• Good teamwork player
