Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow-up procurement, material delivery and stock control
• Prepare purchase order and related documentation
• Handle both routine duties, including data entry, source the suppliers to meet product requirements
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties
• Assist in ad. hoc project, eg. Tendering
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Purchasing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in constructional field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Chinese Word Processing
• Strong communication skills with people at all level
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferable
