Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for the team; 
• Handle project administration & follow up;
• Assist coordination between clients and vendors, including logistic arrangement;
• Assist the team to complete the task on time;
• Assist the tracking & reporting of overall progress;
• Assist to maintain and integrate the project plans;
• Assist the planning & scheduling resources for a group of projects;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Head.

Requirements:

• F.5/DSE or above;
• 3 years or above relevant working experience;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Responsible, well organised, detail-minded and systematic mind;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCAD;
• Able to work independently;
• Candidate with more experiences can be considered as Project Officer.
