Responsibilities

• Develop design concept, layouts and material board
• Prepare design drawings & presentations from conceptual stage to full set of construction drawings
• Perform site measurement, material sourcing, project planning, site supervision and quality control
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project effectiveness

 Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Interior Design or above
• At least 3-5 years experience in Interior Design or related field. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer
• Creative, strong spatial and aesthetic sense
• Proficient in AutoCAD is a MUST, 3D Max, Photoshop, Perspective drawing, Freehand, Sketchup and other design based skills
• Strong in site supervision and inspection
• Good client liaison and project co-ordination skills
• Mature, self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English & Chinese, both spoken and written
• Immediate availability is preferred
