Job Responsibility:

• Handle full set of I/E documents, L/C and banking documents
• Can work independently to provide sales support within the department and follow adhoc tasks assigned by supervisor
• Prepare regular reports and documentations
• Provide secretarial support to management

Requirements:

• Tertiary education
• 1-2 years shipping experience in trading
• Familiar with SAP System, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good command in English and Chinese (mandarin speaking is a must)
• Willing to work hard and under pressure
• Immediately available preferred
