The Job

• Lead a team of digital architects, consultants, analysts and designers to achieve business objectives and targeted revenue
• Act as a subject matter expert on the impact of digital forces on business processes and to establish deep thought leadership in front of clients and within the organization
• Identify and leverage digital solutions to engage clients and prospects
• Establish a portfolio of digital solutions for our clients in various industries
• Lead the design and support development of digital solutions
• Identify and establish partnership with potential technology and solution partners to deliver integrated solutions
• Work closely with Sales Team in developing new business and closing deals and coordinate with Marketing Team in executing strategies to build reputation in HK and PRC
• Establish the best delivery methodology with the Consulting and Delivery teams to deploy the digital solutions to our installed base or to new clients
• Help to set up and establish Digital team and capability in international markets

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, information technology, software engineering or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing customer acquisition, business engagement or consulting in digital area; with 3 years in supervisory role
• Proven record of providing excellent customer services and engaging clients in different industries; C-level engagement is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of sales-related digital strategies, tools and KPIs
• Ability to effectively influence others to achieve acceptance and commitment to act in support of ideas, programs, or causes
• Confident self-starter with impeccable attention to details
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills
• Strong skills in communication and presentation, building and leveraging relationships, managing-up, down and across
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English including Putonghua
