Responsibilities:

• Team leader of System Administrators and IT Operators
• Ensure day-to-day operations of high availability system, including networks, servers, databases, etc
• Create plans and provide hands-on support during service transitions.
• Ensure full compliance with Company's IT Security, Risk and Continuity policies and standards
• Diagnose impact and provide incident report during emergencies and outages
• Create plans and provide support during service transitions
• Analyze and generate reports for system resource utilization
• Schedule and budget maintenance and upgrades for optimum operational performance

Requirements:

• Degree in IT related disciplines, SSCP/CISSP or related certificates holder is a plus
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in either security or IT administration
• Demonstrated essential hands-on skills & technical competence of current systems, industry trends and ability to learn and implement new technologies
• Solid experience in managing large scale infrastructure projects and data center operations, including Server (Linux/Windows), Virtualization, Network, Security, RDBMS, Load Balancer, HA design and Email, etc
• Awareness of business and IT strategies
• Experience in banking / finance / sizable company is preferred
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded, initiative with good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
