The Global HR Project Specialist will work under the Global Talent Acquisition team, and assist in the management of HR projects that supports Company’s global strategy and vision for employee lifecycle management.

This position will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with different teams at multiple levels to drive global consistency and alignment of talent acquisition, on boarding & induction, employee engagement, off boarding and re-boarding strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support a large scale HR projects; work closely with key stakeholders to drive the project and provide support to division deployment
• Assist in project planning, creation and regular update of a detailed project schedule, monitor change request and control for each assigned project
• Builds strong, credible relationships within own area of influence with benefits all related parties
• Makes sound and reasoned decisions with the parameters of their role which are based on known information
• Ensures that tasks are completed by setting SMART objectives and measuring progress
• Perform other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

Key requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in Business, Business Administration, Finance, HR Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources with solid project management / change management experience
• Strong understand and knowledge on business process, operations, and information technology
• Proven ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders including senior management level
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
• Excellent customer servicing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English language, both written and oral
