Job Description
Job Duty/ Responsibilities
Provide customer service to enhance customer satisfaction levels by meeting customer needs and follow up issue;
Carry out various administrative duties in support of department operations.
Responsible to handle phone calls, guest greeting & other reception duties
Requirement:
- F.6 or above
- Experience in customer service and MLM is preferred but not required
- Fluent speaking and writing in English and Mandarin is a must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive, self-motivated and good team player
- Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Immediate available is preferred
