Responsibilities:

Handling full set import / export document, Rocars and Tradelink declaration

Follow up orders by coordinating with factory

Coordinate all transportation issues including ocean, air freight forwarding, as well as truck arrangement

Perform clerical duties for the department and preparation of various reports.

Qualifications / Requirements

1. Form 5 / DSE or above with supply chain knowledge is preferred.

2. At least 3 year relevant working experience

3. Responsible order details following up

4. Proficiency in using MS Excel & Chinese word processing is a must

5. Self-motivated , working under pressure , willing to learn and overtime

6. Good command of written Chinese and English , and spoken Mandarin and English

7. Immediate available is preferred

    

   Alternative week, bank holidays.
