Our Client is one of the leading MNC Logistics Service Providers whom is looking for an expert in airfreight to lead the overall product development

Responsibilities

• Constant review on relevant process and the key performance matrics to achieve / further enhance the operational excellence
• Relationship management on regional level with key partners, especially the global core carriers (airlines)
• Contract Negotiation in term of rate and capacity
• Support the commercial teams on RFXs' response to customers
• Streamlining the procurement process
• Carrier performance management
• Co-work with commercial team on the overall product development, especially on the business development side to provide good product support
• Support new airfreight business implementation
• Training and development of airfreight staff in the region
• Engaging in Trade Lane Management, and the relevant pricing support

Requirements

• Good capabilities working in matrix environment dealing with people in different functions, cultures and geographies, with high resilience
• Ability to grow sub-ordinates
• Experience in building / developing airfreight organization on regional level in a sizable 3PL
• Excellent leadership skills
• Attention to details
• Strategical mindset with good planning and driving skills
