Our Client is a dynamically growing, mid-sized specialist for transportation and integrated logistics with particular strength in oversea’s solutions.  She is looking for an experienced BD Management Expert to help drive her Sales Team in Greater China

Responsibilities:-

This position is expected to coordinate, direct and lead all the sales teams in Greater China area which include China, Taiwan & HK.  He / She is to lead, support and monitor the performance of the sales force in the region.  He / She is also anticipated to drive the route development and development on specified / target markets / verticals.  This position needs also to manage and develop the working relationship with overseas agents.  For existing key accounts in the region, he / she has to maintain very good and close relationship for further account development.  He / She also has to provide guidance and coach the sales in the region - people / talent development.  Lastly, he / she is the key person to support the management in the Strategy planning and driving.

Requirements:-

- Degree holder preferentially in Business or Logistics

- Ideally, the candidate should possess 10 years working experience in Sales & Account Management in 3PL, with 6 years in managerial level

- Sales Driving experience for 3PL service, focusing on but no only in freight forwarding, in Greater China market is a must

- Good MS Office knowledge

- Good English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken

- Proven past track record in business development

- Excellent presentation skills

- Willing to travel
