The position is responsible for overall project management function including project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, resource management and commercial aspects of assigned projects:

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Principal and Design Manager 
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Review the project schedule with Principal and Design Manager, revise the schedule as required
• Manage changes to the project scope
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure all required information for project design and planning is obtained
• Update Principal on project status and identify/forecast any critical problems
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Monitor cash flow projects and report actual cash flow to the Principal on a regular basis
• Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
• Prepare proposal, negotiate contracts and administers commercial matters
• Contract management for identification of scope of completion and identify add services as necessary and assist with preparation of ASA's

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 
• Minimum of 3 Years of relevant experience preferably in high-end hotel/hospitality design
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail is a must
• Must be proficient in English and Mandarin
• CAD proficiency preferred
