Job Description

Job duties:

  • To manage daily accounting operations and handle full set of books

  • To prepare monthly financial and management reports

  • To arrange statutory filings to the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department, etc.

  • Provide office support administrative duties

  • Provide all-round secretarial support

  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or above with Certificate in Intermediate LCCI

  • Minimum 2 years accounting and administrative working experience

  • Able to prepare a full set of accounts independently

  • Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and detail minded

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
