Job Duties:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting activity and control.
• Handle full set accounts independently
• Perform routine accounting processes such as billings, payments,  book-keeping data entry, vouchers, filing, bank reconciliation and payroll etc.
• Overseeing all finance related matters for a medium size Hong Kong company and representative office in Shenzhen.
• Prepare monthly statement, budgeting, forecasting, financial  reports 
• Develop a proper system to ensure the smooth operation.
• Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance 
• Minimum 5 years of accounting & admin experience in trading, buying office or manufacturing.
• Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Hands-on attitude, work Independently, Honest & Hardworking, willing to handle assignments at operational level.
• Familiar in using MYOB is a must.
• Good PC skills including Excel & Chinese word processing
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong/PRC accounting standards & taxation.
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Travel to Shenzhen office occassionally.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer

JOB TYPE : Full Time

WORKING DAYS PER WEEK : 5 days 

WORKING HOURS : 09:30 to 17:30
