The Assistant Accountant/Accountant will:

• Conduct daily accounting entries & data input
• Prepare daily payment as per payment guideline
• Prepare A/P aging report
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system
• Assist in general daily accounting operation & ad hoc assignments
• Assist in receipt & bank reconciliation
• Participate in system improvement for payment uploading improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or currently pursuing professional accountancy degree
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Have knowledge in commodity and shipping field is preferred
• Hands-on experience in Oracle / ERP system is a must
• Good in spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS word, excel, outlook and internet banking
• Detail oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant
