Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidated accounts independently and ensure financial statements are in compliance with HKFRS and statutory rules;
• Handle full set of accounts and arrange treasury function independently;
• Prepare schedules, budget, forecast, financial analysis, management reports as required;
• Participate in development and implementation of internal control policies and safeguard company assets;
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, lawyers, professional and relevant authorities; and
• Perform other ad-hoc duties/projects as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance 
• At least 4 years of relevant working experiences in accounting / finance in sizable companies
• Audit experience in international audit firms, with experience in listed companies is an advantage
• Solid group level reporting experience and strong consolidation skill is preferred
• Good knowledge on external audit and HK tax filing requirement
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word typing
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
