Main Duties

• Prepare monthly billing for airlines customers and follow up collection of accounts receivable
• Maintain accounts payable record and ensure valid payment
• Prepare monthly payroll and MPF contribution schedule
• Prepare revenue and other analysis for management review
• Assist in salary tax return including form IR56F, IR56B and other related submission to Inland Revenue Department
• Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation
• Perform payroll system testing and implementation
• Assist in project accounting tasks and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• At least 8 years accounting experience
• Excellent in PC application, especially Word, Excel and Sun Accounting Systems
• Mature, responsible, highly initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
