Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, commenting and proof-reading commercial agreements and documents written in English and Chinese.
• Support management on daily compliance risk identification, inspection and reporting; and provide legal analysis for the Company
• Conducting legal research, preparing and drafting routine correspondences
• Handling ad hoc task as assigned

• 起草和審閱各類中英文商業協議和文件;
• 協助公司管理層處對日常的合規風險進行識別，檢查和報告,以及提供專業法律意見;
• 參與法律事務的調研, 起草日常往來書信及對專業機構的回覆函件;
• 處理公司指派的其他工作

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Legal/law Studies;
• Over 5 years corporate legal work experience, working experience in a large group of corporate is preferable;
• Well-versed with Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, SFO and the other relevant rules and regulations;
• Good command of both Mandarin and English languages is a must;
• Strong team player and with the eagerness to move in house;
• High proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word

• 法律本科或以上專業資歷;
• 5年以上企業法務工作經歷，曾於大型集團擔任法務工作更佳;
• 精通“公司条例”，“上市规则”，“证券及期货条例”及其他有关规则;
• 必須熟練掌握普通話和英語;
• 有較強的團隊精神, 冀望加入企業內部法律團隊;
• 熟練使用基本電腦文書軟件
